ProCare 1-5-10 Program
Ingersoll Rand and Process & Power, Inc. are proud to present to you the compressed air industry’s most comprehensive air compressor warranty available. We are pleased to provide you with our Ingersoll Rand rotary compressor’s exclusive 1-5-10 Warranty.
- (1) year Bumper to Bumper Compressor Package warranty – Parts and Labor
- (5) year, extended Drivetrain warranty (airend, motor, gears, sep tank) – Parts and Labor
- (10) year, extended original Airend warranty – Parts and Labor
The Ingersoll Rand rotary air compressor is warranted against manufacture defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. The Extended Drivetrain and Airend Warranties include all Parts and Labor on the covered equipment from the original shipment date of the compressor. The requirements of this warranty are as follows:
- Must use Genuine Ingersoll Rand parts and lubricant as directed by the O&M Manual.
- Must Process & Power’s PM Agreement to assure proper inspection, analysis, & maintenance is performed.
- Must use Ingersoll Rand certified technicians for warranty & service repairs.
Process & Power, Inc. is the manufacturer’s Service and Warranty provider for the entire Ingersoll Rand Compressed Air product offering throughout the mid-south. Process & Power is also the provider for Ingersoll Rand compressed air system sales, service, parts, lubricants, consultation and installation.

- Not available for units on food grade oil
- Unit must be on P&P PM agreement
- Must use IR parts and lubricants
- 2000 hour coolant and shock pulse analysis required
- Pre-approval inspection is required for "in service " units
