Service Manager

Process & Power is seeking a highly-motivated person with exceptional communication, administrative,and organizational, skills for a service manager position in Memphis.  Position requires an individual to be able to handle a high stress and high volume workload and the ability to multi-task and prioritize is essential.  Excellent customer service skills are required to handle customer’s service-related issues and the ability to schedule and dispatch service technicians to meet customer’s demands. Customer service experience is required and industrial equipment experience is preferred.
