Primary Responsibilities
Make outbound prospect outreaches via phone, email, etc.
Set appointments for outside sales teams.
Coordinate inside sales functions relating to the sale of complete machines and related parts/accessories, including:
Maintaining active proposal and quote logs and files.
Completion of quotes and proposals under the direction of sales or management.
Complete machine invoices and outside purchase orders and prepare sales and activity reports.
Respond to telephone inquiries and walk-in customers regarding air compressors and related accessories.
Support the Outside Sales Engineering team by creating quotes, gathering technical data and price structures, and assisting in providing internal reports.
Assist customers in the selection of equipment and products.
Understand customer needs and requirements for their industry.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of each service, product, and application.
Successfully interprets engineering specifications and coordinates technical assistance as needed.
Maintain our sales automation tool (CRM) with contacts, pipeline, opportunities, quotes, and forecast updates.
Experience & Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Strong technical aptitude and a solution-selling mindset; solid teamwork skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong goal orientation and desire to pursue a career working with customers as a technical consultant
Previous internship and leadership experience are a plus but not required.

Air Compressor Service Technician - Little Rock, AR
Job Description
Process & Power is the local Ingersoll Rand air compressor distributor for Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky. This position would require a basic working knowledge of mechanical components and industrial electricity to include both single and three phase power. A qualified person would also need to know how to use general hand tools. The detailed requirements below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by person(s) assigned to this classification. They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as requested by supervisor or management.
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot, repair all brands of refrigerated air dryers and air compressors
· Must be able to properly use multi meters, amp meters, vibration, and infrared meters.
· Must be able to successfully perform the above while meeting the Company and Customer’s safety requirements.
· Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning, and setting controls.
· Must be able to set up rigging equipment and safely remove and reinstall motors, compressors, and associated components.
· Must be able to safely use all hand tools and power tools such as drill motors, grinders, band saws, etc.
· Good driving record and able to drive service pickup truck is required.
· Complete paperwork daily

Pipe Fitter/Welder
Process & Power is the local Ingersoll Rand air compressor distributor for Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky. We are dedicated to building and maintaining systems that our clients can trust. We are currently seeking an experienced pipefitter to join our team and contribute to our efforts in upkeeping industrial properties. Our candidate will be responsible for blueprinting, installing, and inspecting pipe systems, while providing repair services when needed. With a strong understanding of plumbing and welding, they will be expected to develop effective solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen piping infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Selects type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to job specifications.
Inspects worksite to determine presence of obstructions.
Plans sequence on installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other workers.
Cuts pipe using hacksaw, pipe cutter, hammer and chisel, cutting torch and pipe cutting machine.
Threads pipe using threading machine.
Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machine.
Mounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceiling to hold pipe.
Assembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded caulked, soldering, brazen, fused, or cemented joints, and hand tools.
Secures pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
Installs and maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, pumps, meter, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and piping.
Tests piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges attached to pipes for indication of leaks.
Welds pipe supports to structural steel members.
Observes production machines in assigned area of manufacturing facility to detect machinery malfunctions.
Loads, transports, and unloads material, tools, equipment, and supplies.
Performs minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipment.
Skills and qualifications
Experience working in construction, plumbing, or repair
Strong understanding of pipefitting, plumbing, and welding techniques
Exceptional knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to use various tools such as grinders, clamps, saws, and welding torches
Proven experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams on job sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Good driving record and able to drive service pickup truck is required.

Process & Power is seeking a highly-motivated person with exceptional communication, administrative, and organizational, skills for a position as Administrative Office Assistant in its Memphis, TN office. This position requires an individual to be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls and be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.
Basic Responsibilities:
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and monitor and distribute incoming faxes.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk - Jackson, TN
Responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, verifying and recording shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking. They handle tasks like unpacking deliveries, preparing packages for shipping, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Verifying Incoming Shipments: Unpack deliveries, verify contents against shipping documents, and document any discrepancies.
Preparing Outgoing Shipments: Package goods for shipment, print labels, and arrange for transportation.
Pull Parts for Service Jobs: Pull parts from stock or arriving shipments for service jobs in a timely manner to ensure job schedules are performed as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including dates, quantities, and shipping details.
Communication: Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
Material Handling: May use equipment like hand trucks or forklifts to move and store materials.
Other Duties: Rearranging parts bin locations, assisting with returns, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We are growing! Process & Power, Inc. is seeking to add outside sales professionals for several markets within Tennessee and Arkansas. Prospecting and developing new and existing accounts are essential to this role. The right candidates need to possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
· Generating sales of new equipment, repairs, parts, and service agreements.
· Cultivating and developing new customers.
· Preparing proposals and presenting service solutions to customers.
· Maintaining customer relationship manager (CRM) software.
· Solid follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or 2 or 4-year technical degree is preferred but not required.
· Solid sales skills; outside sales experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to relate well to people of diverse backgrounds and professional orientations – from Maintenance personnel to Engineers as well as Owners and Managers.
· Self-Starter with great time management skills.
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and proper insurance.

We pay a base with a commission structure.
