WCR Plate Heat Exchangers (Plate & Frame Heat Exchanger) are the most efficient type of heat exchanger. It is low cost, flexible, easy to maintain, and has a high thermal transfer. WCR plate corrugation are designed to achieve turbulence across the entire heat transfer area.  This creates the best heat transfer with the lowest drop in pressure.  This means a smaller heat transfer area, smaller units, and in some cases fewer heat exchangers.
