Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Job description:
Process & Power is seeking a highly-motivated person with exceptional communication, administrative, and organizational skills to fill the Parts Coordinator position in its Jackson, TN office. This position requires an individual able to handle a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task, be attentive to detail, be self-motivated, and maintain organization skills. Previous parts order fulfillment and invoicing is preferred.
Responsibilities
Receiving/ reconciling of all parts orders
Invoicing of all parts orders
Communicating with Customer Service Managers and vendors
Handle incoming parts calls for pricing/availability
Place stock and customer parts orders
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task
Data entry proficiency
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation
Strong organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
